CPP ends 12/31/2025, BHAP begins 01/01/2026. Clients are now responsible for a $10 copay if on the Plus PPO Plan and a $15 copay is on the Standard PPO Plan. The type of plan can be determined by reviewing the front of the insurance card and insurance cards can be viewed through Availity.

North Carolina

Novant Health changed its employee benefits in 2026. Now utilizing BCBS (previously Cigna). The member id for these polices begin with NEX and the policy is handled through Brighton Health Solutions at 877-606-6739. Claims are still submitted to BCBSNC. According to a rep at Brighton on 2/16/26 all previously denied telehealth claims are being reprocessed for payment.
